Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a cream preparation which can quicken wound healing. The components of the cream preparation comprise: glycerol monostearate, stearic acid, white Vaseline, azone, ethylparaben, purified water, borax, lauryl sodium sulfate, triethanolamine, glycerin, allantoin, ecdysterone and ethanol, wherein, the primary active ingredient is the ecdysterone which can significantly promote the proliferation of endothelial cells, epithelial cells and fibroblasts, and the mechanism thereof is that the ecdysterone can promote the synthesis of proteins and trigger the synthesis of DNA of cells. The cream preparation has the advantages of no anaphylaxis, no irritation, easy absorption, obvious therapeutic effect, low price, convenient carrying and the like. In addition, experiments validates that the cream preparation does have the efficiency of healing wounds. The cream preparation is similar to Yunnan white drug powder and also varies from the Yunnan white drug powder in the therapeutic effect.
