Embodiment 1

[0045]When Lactobacillus acidophilus accounted for 12%, Lactobacillus lactis accounted for 8%, Bacillus subtilis accounted for 60%, Saccharomyces cerevisiae accounted for 12%, and Candida utilis accounted for 8%, a high-efficiency soybean meal starter was made. Choose a closed container, fill it with about 90kg of groundwater, then mix 500g of high-efficiency soybean meal starter, 3kg of brown sugar and water evenly, and culture the fermentation broth at 40°C for 8 hours, then set it aside. 410kg of soybean meal and 3kg of corn are crushed together, and the fineness of crushing should be controlled at about 40 mesh. Spray the fermented liquid evenly and slowly into the crushed soybean meal, and stir and mix with a mixer while spraying. Ferment the mixed soybean meal into bags at a fermentation temperature of 40°C. After 14 hours of bagging, the inner bag of the fermentation bag will start to swell and emit a sour smell. As the sour smell becomes stronger, the empty part of the...

[0047] When Lactobacillus acidophilus accounted for 11%, Lactobacillus lactis accounted for 9%, Bacillus subtilis accounted for 60%, Saccharomyces cerevisiae accounted for 14%, and Candida utilis accounted for 6%, a high-efficiency soybean meal starter was made. Choose a closed container, fill it with about 100kg of groundwater, then mix 500g of high-efficiency soybean meal starter, 3kg of brown sugar and water evenly, and culture the fermentation broth at 37°C for 9 hours, then set it aside. 400kg of soybean meal and 3.5kg of corn are crushed together, and the fineness of crushing should be controlled at about 40 mesh. Spray the fermented liquid evenly and slowly into the crushed soybean meal, and stir and mix with a mixer while spraying. Ferment the mixed soybean meal into bags at a fermentation temperature of 37°C. After 14 hours of bagging, the inner bag of the fermentation bag will start to swell and emit a sour smell. [0049] When Lactobacillus acidophilus accounted for 13%, Lactobacillus lactis accounted for 8%, Bacillus subtilis accounted for 60%, Saccharomyces cerevisiae accounted for 12%, and Candida utilis accounted for 7%, a high-efficiency soybean meal starter was made. Choose a closed container, fill it with about 70kg of groundwater, then mix 500g of high-efficiency soybean meal starter, 2kg of brown sugar and water evenly, and culture the fermentation broth at 25°C for 12 hours, then set it aside. 500kg of soybean meal and 3.5kg of corn are crushed together, and the fineness of crushing should be controlled at about 40 mesh. Spray the fermented liquid evenly and slowly into the crushed soybean meal, and stir and mix with a mixer while spraying. Ferment the mixed soybean meal into bags at a fermentation temperature of 28°C. After 17 hours of bagging, the inner bag of the fermentation bag will start to swell and emit a sour smell. As the sour smell becomes stronger, the empty part of...

Abstract

The invention relates to a high-efficiency ferment for fermenting bean pulp, belonging to the biologic enzymolysis fermentation technical field. The high-efficiency ferment is formed by mixing bacillus subtilis, bacillus licheniformis, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus casei, saccharomyces cerevisiae and candida utilis. The fermentation technology comprises the following steps: crushing the bean pulp and corn; activating the strains; uniformly mixing the bean pulp and the fermentation liquor using a mixer; packing the mixed bean pulp in fermentation bag; fermenting the packaged bean pulp and processing fermented bean pulp: drying-crushing-detecting-packaging-finished product. The technology is simple and the product quality is stable and the content of the anti-nutrient factor in the bean pulp is eliminated and obviously reduced, therefore the bean pulp is a safe plant protein feeder for infant animal with balanced nutrient, good quality and low price and help for health growth of the infant animal, in replace of animal protein feeder of bone powder, fish powder or the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biological enzymolysis and fermentation, in particular to a high-efficiency soybean meal starter and a process for fermenting soybean meal with the high-efficiency soybean meal starter. Background technique [0002] Soybean meal is the most important plant-based protein source for livestock and poultry. It has a high crude protein content and a relatively balanced amino acid composition. However, due to the presence of various anti-nutritional factors in soybean meal, mainly trypsin inhibitors, phytic acid, and soybean , urease, oligosaccharides, lipoxygenase, soybean antigenic protein (sensitization factor) and goiter hormone and other anti-nutritional factors (Huisman, Jansman.1990; Jin Zhengyu, Jianjin, 1995; Zhang Danfeng, Wang Liming, 1999; Wang Chunlin, Chen Xibin, 2000; Zheng Aijuan, Zheng Shuqing, 2002). Due to their existence, on the one hand, they can inhibit certain digestive enzymes in animal...
