Embodiment 1

[0018] (1) Extraction of fish oil: take 2.5kg of processed mackerel head, wash it, put it in a pressure cooker, cook it for 60 minutes at 1MPa pressure and 100°C, take it out and mash it, add 2.5kg of organic solvent petroleum ether, and stir One hour, centrifugal filtration;

[0019] (2) Remove impurities: add 1.5 kg of 35% phosphoric acid aqueous solution to the filtrate for extraction, wash with water until neutral, concentrate the organic phase under reduced pressure to remove petroleum ether, and dehydrate through polyhydroxy water-absorbing resin;

[0020] (3) transesterification reaction: add 120 g of anhydrous methanol and 10 g of NaOH solid, heat up to 60 degrees, stir and react for 2 hours, and filter;

[0021] (4) Separation and purification of biodiesel: the filtrate was allowed to stand for stratification, the lower layer of glycerol was removed, the upper layer of liquid was washed with water, and the water phase was removed to obtain 650 g of biodiesel.

Embodiment 2

[0023] (1) Extraction of fish oil: take the processed mackerel fish bones, remove the tail, wash, weigh 3.8kg, put them in a pressure cooker, cook at 1.1MPa pressure and 110°C for 20 minutes, take them out and mash them, add 7.6 kg organic solvent ethyl acetate, stirred for one hour, and centrifugally filtered;

[0024] (2) Remove impurities: the filtrate is extracted by adding 1 kg of 40% phosphoric acid aqueous solution, washed to neutrality, the organic phase is concentrated under reduced pressure to remove ethyl acetate, and dehydrated by polyhydroxy water-absorbing resin;

[0025] (3) transesterification reaction: add 80 g of absolute ethanol and 6 g of KOH solid, heat up to 60 degrees, stir and react for 1.5 hours, filter, and the filtrate is layered;

[0026] (4) Separation and purification of biodiesel: remove the lower glycerol. The upper liquid was washed with water, and the water phase was removed to obtain 500 g of biodiesel.

Embodiment 3

[0028] (1) Extraction of fish oil: wash 4.5kg of mackerel viscera, put it in a pressure cooker, cook at 1.2MPa pressure and 120°C for 35 minutes, add 6kg of organic solvent ethyl acetate, stir for one hour, and centrifuge;

[0029] (2) Remove impurities: add 2.5 kg of 45% phosphoric acid aqueous solution to the filtrate for extraction, wash with water until neutral, concentrate the organic phase under reduced pressure, remove ethyl acetate, and dehydrate through polyhydroxy water-absorbing resin;

[0030] (3) Transesterification reaction: add 200 g of absolute ethanol and 20 g of NaOH solid, heat up to 65 degrees, stir and react for 2 hours, filter, and the filtrate is layered;

[0031] (4) Separation and purification of biodiesel: remove the lower glycerol. The upper liquid was washed with water, and the water phase was removed to obtain 1.2 kg of biodiesel.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing biodiesel by using aquatic product processing scraps, which comprises the following steps: (1) boiling the cleaned fish processing scraps to between 100 and 120 DEG C, then adding an organic solvent into the scraps, and stirring and filtering the scraps to obtain solution I; (2) adding aqueous of phosphoric acid in an amount of 20 to 50 percent basedon the volume of the solution I into the solution I to obtain solution II, adding water with the same volume as the solution II into the solution II, carrying out acid washing and water washing, and dehydrating the solution II through a polyhydroxy water absorbent resin column to obtain solution III; (3) adding an alkali catalyst and anhydrous ethyl alcohol into the solution III to carry out transesterification reaction so as to obtain solution IV; and (4) standing the solution IV, removing a lower glycerine layer, then washing the generated mixed fatty acid ethyl ester layer by water, and removing the residual catalyst, the ethyl alcohol and other water soluble components to obtain the biodiesel. The method has the advantages of making full use of the prior fish processing scraps, reducing the pollution, improving the economic benefit of enterprises, and developing a new path for the utilization of aquatic product processing wastes and the development of biological energy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biological energy, in particular to a method for preparing biodiesel by using leftovers from aquatic organism processing. Background technique [0002] Biodiesel is one of the important forms of bioenergy development. At present, the raw materials for biodiesel production at home and abroad are mainly plant and terrestrial animal oils, among which rapeseed oil is mainly used in Europe and Asia, soybean oil is mainly used in the United States, and castor oil is developed in Brazil. Vegetable oil is the traditional edible oil in our country. Although our country has made remarkable achievements in the cultivation of oil plants, the output of soybeans, peanuts, sunflower seeds, rapeseed and other oil crops is not enough to meet the needs of the domestic edible oil consumption market. In recent years, the import of edible oil has been increasing year by year. In 2004, my country’s edible oil import was close to 7 milli...
