Problems solved by technology

Separation is still relatively difficult and requires a lot of cost. Among them, the selective precipitation method, which is the most widely used in my country, has the best recognized effect and the lowest cost, is an example: the cost in the process of reducing molybdenum is equivalent to 1 / 5 to 1 of the potential value. / 4, recovering molybdenum from molybdenum slag consumes a lot of cost, and considering the recovery factor, the potential value loss of molybdenum in the mixed concentrate is recovered through the tungsten-molybdenum wet method and the separation of tungsten and molybdenum in the smelting process. In addition, during the whole process of separating tungsten and molybdenum and subsequent extraction of molybdenum, roasting sulfur-containing molybdenum slag will also cause environmental pollution. Therefore, no matter from the perspective of economy, environment and strategic resources, the rational use of tungsten-molybdenum mixed ore All will become important issues in the field of tungsten and molybdenum metallurgy

Embodiment Construction

[0038] The method for processing and producing tungsten-molybdenum products from the tungsten-molybdenum symbiotic mixed ore of the present invention will be described in further detail below.

[0039] As shown in Fig. 1, the method for processing tungsten and molybdenum products from a tungsten-molybdenum symbiotic mixed ore of the present invention includes the following steps:

[0040] 1) Tungsten-molybdenum symbiotic mixed ore and water are mixed in a solid-liquid volume ratio of 1:3, and then 1% of the weight of the tungsten-molybdenum symbiotic mixed ore is added with anionic surfactant;

[0041] 2) Solid-liquid separation is carried out after ball milling with vibratory ball mill;

[0042] 3) The filtered liquid enters the wastewater treatment tank for treatment, and the solid is pumped into the slurry tank;

[0043] 4) Mix the obtained tungsten-molybdenum intergrowth mixed ore solids with water in a solid-liquid volume ratio of 1:3 in the slurry tank, and add the leaching agent ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing a tungsten-molybdenum product by processing tungsten-molybdenum symbiotic mixed ore. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) adding anionic surfactant into the tungsten-molybdenum symbiotic mixed ore in a solid-liquid volume ratio of 1:3; 2) performing solid-liquid separation after ball milling; 3) treating the filtered liquid in a wastewater treatment tank, and pumping the solid into a slurrying tank; 4) adding sodium hydroxide serving as a leaching agent and bauxite A2O3 serving as an oxidant into the slurrying tank in a solid-liquid system, regulating the pH value to 12.5, stirring and slurrying; 5) pumping the slurry mixture into a high-pressure leaching kettle, heating, reacting, filtering, washing, leaching filtrate, diluting the filtrate by adding water, and regulating the PH value to 2.5 by using acid; 6) adsorbing tungsten and molybdenum by using weak alkali macroporous anion resin D314; 7) resolving the resin by using aqueous ammonia; 8) adding magnesium chloride into the resolved solution to remove phosphorus, silicon and arsenic, and obtaining filtered solution by filtering; and 9) obtaining the tungsten-molybdenum product by using the filtered solution. The method has the advantages of low investment, low production cost, short process flow, high leaching and recovery rate, low impurity leaching rate, environment friendliness and energy conservation.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of producing tungsten and molybdenum products, in particular to a method for processing tungsten and molybdenum products from a tungsten-molybdenum symbiotic mixed mine. Background technique [0002] The rare metal tungsten and molybdenum is an important basic material for the development of high and new technology, the realization of national modernization, and the construction of modern national defense. It is mainly used in the steel, petrochemical, chemical, non-ferrous metallurgical industry and aerospace fields. Tungsten and molybdenum are used as special steel additives and energy To increase the strength and toughness of steel, it is widely used in rails, bridges and skyscrapers' structural steel, as well as a large number of tool steels. Ferromolybdenum accounts for 70% of China's entire molybdenum consumer market. The amount of tungsten in tungsten-molybdenum iron accounts for 30% of China's tungsten c...
