Embodiment 1

[0020] Process flow for the co-production of various sugar acids from cellulosic fuel ethanol, such as figure 1 shown. The specific process is as follows:

[0021] Cut 1000g (dry basis) of corn stalks mechanically to 3-10cm, put them into a 15L stainless steel cooking kettle, add 0.25-2.0% sulfuric acid, and fully impregnate them with a solid-liquid ratio (1:5, w / v). Use an electric jacket to heat to 150~160°C, and react for 40~60 minutes to get the pretreated material. The pretreated material is extruded by a spiral filter to obtain a pretreated liquid, and the remaining solid material is made into a slurry solid material through a refining process.

[0022] Transfer the slurry-like solid material to a 100L mechanically stirred reactor, and add hot water to adjust the slurry-like solid material to 10% (mass concentration). Turn on the mechanical stirrer to 300r / min, add 35% NaOH to neutralize to pH 4.8. Add the enzyme preparation according to the standard of 9 FPIU cellu...

Embodiment 2

[0027] Process flow for the co-production of various sugar acids from cellulosic fuel ethanol, such as figure 1 shown. The specific process is as follows:

[0028] 1000g (dry basis) corn stalk raw material was mechanically cut to 3-10cm, transferred to a 15L stainless steel cooking kettle, added 2.0% hydrochloric acid, and fully impregnated with a solid-to-liquid ratio (1:10, w / v). Use an electric jacket to heat to 160~170°C, and react for 20~40min to get the pretreated material. The pretreated material is extruded by a spiral filter to obtain a pretreated liquid, and the remaining solid material is made into a slurry solid material through a refining process.

[0029] Transfer the slurry-like solid material to a 100L mechanically stirred reactor, and add hot water to adjust the slurry-like solid material to 10% (mass concentration). Turn on the mechanical stirrer to 300r / min, add 30% NaOH to neutralize to pH 4.8. Add enzyme preparations according to the standard of 10 FP...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for co-producing a plurality of saccharic acids from cellulose fuel ethanol. The method comprises the following steps: performing dilute acid hydrolysis pretreatment or dilute acid steam explosion pretreatment on plant fiber raw materials to obtain a hemicellulose pre-hydrolysate and cellulose-enriched solid material through solid-liquid separation, wherein an enzyme hydrolysate is obtained by neutralizing and performing cellulose enzyme hydrolysis on the solid material, and fuel ethanol is produced by anaerobically fermenting the enzyme hydrolysate through saccharomyces cerevisiae or zymomonas mobilis; and a plurality of saccharic acids are produced by whole-cell co-catalyzing through gluconobacter oxydans or pseudomonas fragi under an aerobiotic condition after the hemicellulose pre-hydrolysate is concentrated and neutralized. The plurality of saccharic acids can be co-produced from fuel ethanol prepared from the plant fiber raw materials, the inhibiting effect of hemicellulose pre-hydrolysate sugar fermentation can be effectively overcome, the utilization efficiency of various carbohydrate substances in the plant fiber raw material can be obviously improved, the pollution load in industrial wastewater is effectively reduced, thereby improving the economic benefit of bio-refinery of the plant fiber raw materials. The utilization rate of total carbohydrate in the raw materials is over 80%, and the carbohydrate conversion rate is more than 90%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of cellulose fuel, in particular to a method for co-producing multiple sugar acids from cellulose fuel ethanol. Background technique [0002] Cellulosic fuel ethanol, as the second-generation fuel ethanol, is a hot topic in global research and development today. It is of great significance to alleviate the world's consumption of petroleum resources, especially to ensure the security of energy supply in my country and the sustainable development of social economy. Sugar acid can be widely used in water reducing agent, dispersant and sustained release agent, glass cleaning agent, metallurgical rust remover, metal ion chelating agent, etc., and they can all be prepared from sugar substances. [0003] At present, large-scale industrial production of cellulosic fuel ethanol is still not possible, and the ethanol fermentation of hemicellulose sugars, especially xylose, arabinose and ga...
