Abstract

The coating is prepared from components A and components B at the weight ratio of (6-8):1, wherein the components A comprise 20-30 parts of an epoxy resin E-20, 15-20 parts of a diluting agent, 2.2-2.4 parts of a dispersing agent, 3-10 parts of a coloring pigment, 8-10 parts of talc powder, 10-15 parts of mica powder, 0.8-1.0 part of a thixotropic additive, 5-10 parts of zinc phosphate, 10-15 parts of modified zinc phosphate, 1-5 parts of zinc oxide, 0.1-0.8 part of an adhesion promoter and 0.3-0.8 part of a defoaming agent, and the components B comprise 35-45 parts of modified polyamide, 65-75 parts of a diluting agent and 1-2 parts of DMP-30.
