Abstract

The invention discloses a germinated tartary buckwheat peanut composite powder being rich in [gamma]-aminobutyric acid and a preparation method thereof. The germinated tartary buckwheat peanut composite powder is prepared with germinated tartary buckwheat, peanut protein powder and milk powder as main raw materials. The preparation method includes following steps: (1) cleaning tartary buckwheat, removing impurities, washing the tartary buckwheat, disinfecting the tartary buckwheat, and soaking and germination-culturing the tartary buckwheat to obtain the germinated tartary buckwheat; (2) disinfecting, drying, hulling, crushing and baking the germinated tartary buckwheat to obtain germinated tartary buckwheat powder; and (3) uniformly mixing the germinated tartary buckwheat powder, the peanut protein powder, the milk powder, xylitol, water-soluble soya bean polysaccharide and [beta]-cyclodextrin to obtain the product.
