The invention discloses a potassium monopersulfate composite salt disinfection powder, comprising 30 to 60 parts of potassium monopersulfate composite salt, 5 to 25 parts of sulfamic acid, 5 to 20 parts of sodium hexametaphosphorate, 1 to 10 parts of sodiumchloride, 1 to 10 parts of sodium citrate and 1 to 5 parts of sodium dodecanesulphonate. The potassium monopersulfate composite salt disinfection powder releases free sulfate radicals and free hydroxyl radicals with high energy and high activity in water, so genetic toxicity of the disinfection powder after disinfection of raw water is far less than genetic toxicity of traditional chlorine disinfection; and effective constituents can act for a long time, so sufficient residual effective constituents in a pipe network can be guaranteed and continuous disinfection effect can be exerted.
