The preparation method comprises the following steps of: choosing rice in the saline and alkaline land and mixing unknown minoriaoi, poria cocos, longan and oat with brown sugar water to obtain a culture liquid; inoculating compound probiotics of brewer's yeast, candida utilis and lactobacillus johnsonii to the culture liquid for fermental cultivation to obtain a domestication liquid; soaking the rice in the saline and alkaline land in the domestication liquid; putting the rice in a germinator to accelerate germination, and thorough rinsing the rice with water; drying the rice; and initially crushing the rice, adding oat powder and poria cocos powder, and fully stirring the mixture and performing superfine grinding to obtain the compound nutritional powder of rice germs in the saline and alkaline land. The rice in the saline and alkaline land is domesticated, cultured and germinated in the domestication liquid, and is good in palatability, solubleness and digestive absorption.
