The mouth wash comprises 5-10% of Tibetan medicine lamiophlomis rotata extract iridoid glycoside liquor, 0.05-0.30% of benzalkonium chloride, 4-7% of cineole, 30-50% of methyl salicylate, 0.45-0.55% of menthol, 5-25% of sorbitol, 5-25% of ethyl alcohol, 0.45-0.55% of lauryl sodium sulfate (SDS), 0.8-1.8% of benzoic acid, 0.25-0.35% of glycerol, 0.05-0.15% of soluble saccharin, 0.5-1.5% of edible essence and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the components of the mouth wash, adding distilled water, further stirring and mixing into a clear liquid, thereby acquiring the mouth wash.
