Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a cobalt molydate and nickel foam composite film, and solves the problems that a present preparation technology of a cobalt molydate and nickel foam composite film material is complex, and the capacity conservation rate of the film as an electrode material is low. The preparation method comprises that 1) sodium molybdate solid powder and cobaltous chloride solid powder are added into a reactor, ultrapure water is added, and a sodium molybdate and cobaltous chloride mixed solution is obtained by uniform ultrasonic dispersing; 2) a nickel foam substrate is cleaned; and 3) the reactor equipped with the sodium molybdate and cobaltous chloride mixed solution is transferred to a magnetic stirrer, the nickel foam substrate is added to carry out magnetic stirring at the reaction temperature between 60 and 150 DEG C, and heat treatment is carried out to obtain the cobalt molydate and nickel foam composite film. The preparation technology is safein process and simple in operation flow, and the prepared cobalt molydate and nickel foam composite film is high in stability.
