The chromium-free oxidation treatment solution comprises, by weight, the following components: 15-20% of heterosalt, 10-15% of aluminate, 0.1-3% of fluoride, 0.05-5% of a wetting agent, 0.05-0.5% of a complexing agent, 0.1-0.2% of inorganic acid, 0.05-0.1% of an inorganic buffering agent and the balance water. The pH value of the solution is 3-4. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: 1) adding part of water into a reaction kettle, adding the inorganic acid,and uniformly stirring and mixing; 2) adding the heterosalt, stirring and dissolving, then adding the aluminate, the fluoride, the wetting agent and the complexing agent, and stirring uniformly; 3) finally adding the inorganic buffering agent and the balance water, and uniformly stirring the mixture.
