Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving the biogas generation property of anaerobic fermentation of chicken manure by adding charcoal. The method comprises steps of adding rice hull charcoal into chicken manure and implementing anaerobic fermentation to make biogas. The rice hull charcoal is prepared through rapid thermal cracking of rice hull in a biomass waste production liquid fuel device, the rice hull charcoal is adopted as an external additive to promote the chicken manure anaerobic fermentation biogas generation process, the problem of ammonia inhibition in chicken manure anaerobic fermentation biogas generation engineering can be solved, and the fermentation stability can be improved. By adopting the method, efficient and stable biogas production with chicken manure can be achieved, the fermentation cycle is short, the fermentation gas yield is large, the methane content is high, the operation is stable, the problem that a system is easy to break down in the chicken manure anaerobic fermentation process can be solved, meanwhile, fermentation residues rich in charcoal can be obtained, and agricultural production and soil improvement can be facilitated when the fermentation residues are used as organic fermentations. By adopting the method, theoretical foundations and data support are provided for energy and resource utilization of chicken manure and effective utilization of biogas slurry and biogas residues.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method in the technical field of agricultural waste treatment, in particular to a method for improving the characteristics of methane production by anaerobic fermentation of chicken manure by adding biochar. Background technique [0002] In recent years, China's aquaculture industry has developed rapidly, the production level has been continuously improved, the scale of aquaculture has expanded rapidly, and the amount of manure emissions has increased. The "First National Pollution Source Census Bulletin" shows that the chemical oxygen demand (COD) emissions, total phosphorus (TP) and total nitrogen (TN) emissions from agricultural sources reached 13.24 million t, 290,000 t and 2.71 million t, respectively. They account for 44%, 67% and 57% of the total discharge of various pollutants, respectively. The discharge of ammonia nitrogen and COD in the wastewater discharged from the livestock and poultry breeding industry is 2.30 ...
