Abstract

The invention discloses Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei. The strain provided by the invention has a preservation name of Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei BB4, is preserved in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on September 10, 2018, and has a preservation number of CGMCC No. 16455. The invention also discloses an application of the Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei in preparation of vibrio vulnificus inhibition drugs, health-care foods and common foods, and an application of the Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei in degradation of azo artificially-synthesized pigments. The Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei BB4 and fermented yoghourt prepared from the Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei BB4 provided by the invention can significantly inhibit growth of pathogenic bacteria, namely vibrio vulnificus; and the strain can significantly degrade azo artificially-synthesized food colorants. Thus, the Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei BB4 provided by the invention has high social application value.
