Embodiment 2

[0054] Embodiment 2 Schiff base zinc complex ZnL ultraviolet absorption spectrometry

[0055] Accurately weigh 10 mg Schiff base zinc complex ZnL and dissolve in dimethyl sulfoxide to prepare 1.0×10 -5 M solution, accurately pipette 3.0ml of the above solution into the cuvette. The ultraviolet absorption spectrum was measured on a Shimadzu UV-2450UV / Vis ultraviolet-visible absorption instrument. The tests were performed at room temperature and outside atmospheric pressure. Absorption test spectrum see figure 1 . From figure 1 It can be seen that the maximum ultraviolet absorption wavelength is 435 nm.

A dye-sensitized solar cell prepared by taking the Schiffbase zinc complex ZnL as a dye has the following photovoltaic parameters: the open-circuit voltage Voc is 629 mV, the short-circuit current density Jsc is 2.11 mA.cm<-2>, the filling factor FF is 70.46%, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency eta is 0.99%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a dye sensitizer and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a Schiff base zinc complex ZnL and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) have attracted extensive attention due to their relatively low manufacturing cost, relatively simple fabrication process, and relatively stable performance. Dyes are the key components of DSSCs. There are many kinds of sensitizer materials used to sensitize DSSCs. The main dyes include pure organic dyes, quantum dot dyes, and organometallic complex dyes. At present, organometallic complex dyes are a major research hotspot. The most widely used organometallic complex dye sensitizers are complexes of ruthenium, in addition to complexes of iridium, iron, cobalt, zinc, platinum, etc. Most of the body uses bipyridine, phthalocyanine, porphyrin and so on. [0003] Schiff base is a kind of compound with excellent coordination activity, be...
