Abstract

The composition and dosage of the traditional Chinese medicine compound are screened and determined through animal experiments; the characteristic that low-acetyl gellan gum and sodium alginate can be subjected to phase change to form gel under gastric acid pH is found through screening, the pH-responsive in-situ gel is prepared from the low-acetyl gellan gum and the sodium alginate and the traditional Chinese medicine composition, gastric emptying of active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine composition can be delayed, the action time of the medicine in the stomach can be prolonged, and experimental results show that: the pH-responsive in-situ gel can significantly improve gastric mucosa lesion caused by ethanol, and shows a good gastric mucosa protection effect in the aspects of gastric tissue morphology, histopathologic slices, gastric ulcer index and inhibition rate, and gastric mucosa protection related biochemical indexes (SOD, VEGF-A and EGF).
