When the self-repairing antibacterial polyurethane coating is prepared, amino silicon oil, polyester polyol and isocyanate are used for jointly preparing a polyurethane coating material, then modified graphene is added, the self-repairing antibacterial polyurethane coating material is prepared, and finally coating is conducted. The amino silicon oil is prepared by adding 2, 3-epoxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride to react when the amino silicon oil is prepared; and the modified graphene is prepared by grafting 2-(N, N-dimethylamino) ethylamino dithiocarboxylic acid onto graphene oxide and then performing reduction. The self-repairing antibacterial polyurethane coating prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention not only has self-repairing antibacterial capability, but also has relatively good water resistance and hydrophobicity.
