Abstract

The invention relates to a cold spraying modified layer and application thereof. In the process of preparing hydroxyapatite nano-powder, a surfactant is added to be beneficial to reducing the particle size of the nano-powder, and the change can optimize the biocompatibility, corrosion resistance and eye irritation of the cold spraying modified layer in later. However, after four different kinds of surfactants (sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, mannosylerythritol lipid, rhamnolipid and sophorolipid) are compared, it is found that the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is not beneficial to the cytotoxicity and eye irritation of the modified layer of an artificial cornea titanium bracket, the reason possibly lies in that the whole preparation technology can hardly realize 100% removal of the surfactant, and compared with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, mannosylerythritol lipid, rhamnolipid, sophorolipid and other glycolipid biosurfactants, proliferation and growth of cells are more facilitated.
