The invention discloses an
artificial nose integrated broken tube alarm
system based on MEMS air pressure induction, and relates to the technical field of
medical instruments. The
system comprises an
artificial nose body, an MEMS air
pressure sensor and a flow detection element which are arranged in the
artificial nose body, and a control module, an electronic
buzzer, a passive acoustic whistle structure and a power supply module which are arranged outside the artificial
nose body. Redundant logic judgment is carried out through air pressure and air flow double signals, normal fluctuation and
pipe breakage events are effectively distinguished, and the
false alarm rate is remarkably reduced; and a double-insurance alarm mechanism is formed by the electronic
buzzer and the mechanical reed, so that even under the extreme condition of battery failure, the passive acoustic reed can still give an alarm through sounding, and extremely high reliability is realized. The whole
system is disposable
consumables, the circuit is simple, the cost is low, the system and the artificial
nose can be integrally packaged and independently work, the system is particularly suitable for operating rooms, ICUs,
patient transfer and other scenes, and the problems that in the prior art, dependence on host equipment is high, alarm is delayed, and power failure fails are effectively solved.
