The invention discloses an olfactory stimulation-based EEG acquisition and emotion recognition method and system, and the method comprises the steps: an experimental paradigm design module designs a novel paradigm so as to improve the emotion experience of a subject through adding olfactory stimulation while there is visual stimulation; a data acquisition module is used for selecting a proper testee to perform EEG signal acquisition and obtaining a preliminary emotion feedback label of the testee; a preprocessing module is used for preprocessing the collected EEG signals to obtain purer EEG signals; a feature extraction module is used for extracting four different emotional features of PSD, DE, DASM and RASM from the processed EEG signals; and a classification identification module dividesthe extracted features into a test set and a training set and puts the test set and the training set into a support vector machine SVM classifier for learning classification. The brain topographic map and the recognition rate under pure video stimulation and smell video mixed stimulation are compared, and therefore it is confirmed that smell stimulation can more intensively induce the emotion ofa subject.

The invention discloses a quantitative olfactory detection device which comprises an upper computer, a control core module and an olfactory diffusion chamber. The upper computer is connected with thecontrol core module by a communication port; the control core module is connected with the olfactory diffusion chamber by a gas path; the control core module comprises a control unit, a main gas pumpand an olfactory gas pump; the control unit is respectively connected with the main gas pump and the olfactory gas pump by a speed controller; a gas outlet of the main gas pump is connected with a main gas path flow sensor by a main gas path, and then is connected to a pressure sensor by a mixed gas path; a gas outlet of the olfactory gas pump is connected with an inlet of an olfactory bottle by astimulation gas path; after being sequentially connected to a stimulation gas path flow sensor and a concentration sensor by gas paths, an outlet of the olfactory gas is connected to the pressure sensor by the mixed gas path; and mixed gas is conveyed to a tested object after passing through the pressure sensor. According to the invention, volume concentration of odor molecules can be accuratelyfed back so as to achieve a quantitative olfactory stimulation function.
