The purpose of this application is to provide a
continuous recording method and device based on winter / summer
time switching. By introducing a monotonically increasing
logical clock (MLC) decoupled from physical time, constructing a dynamically updated time mapping table, and implementing a dual
timestamp metadata embedding strategy of physical time and monotonically increasing MLC, and using time mapping table-based retrieval logic, this method systematically solves the technical problems faced by existing surveillance recording devices in winter / summer
time switching scenarios, such as recording loss, duplication, retrieval failure, and time misalignment. This application does not rely on specific
operating system features and can be implemented on general embedded Linux or RTOS platforms, exhibiting high
engineering feasibility and product compatibility.
