During deicing, the two cone pulley sets of the cross beam clamp two cables, and the movable table pushes the swing arms through the guide wheels to drive the cone pulley sets to clamp the other two cables to walk for deicing; and when deicing is finished, the lead screw motor drives the swing arms torotate reversely, so that the cone pulley sets are separated from the cables, and the rotor helicopters carry the robot to fly to the ground or a cable to be deiced.
