time of flight of reflected sound
waves and the Doppler power
spectral density diagram of the
cyclone separation main cavity; determining the axial coordinate sequence and the
radial coordinate sequence based on the
time of flight; determining whether the
cyclone intensity of the cyclone separation main cavity is qualified based on the
height difference of the cyclone
liquid column; in response to the unqualified cyclone intensity, determining the adjustment direction of the
gas phase outlet
back pressure based on the cyclone gas core ratio; based on the qualified cyclone intensity, determining whether the cyclone load of the cyclone separation auxiliary cavity is up to standard based on the
frequency spectrum width value, and in response to the unqualified cyclone load, prolonging the
liquid phase separation time of the cyclone separation main cavity; based on the qualified cyclone load, determining whether there is a downward trend of the oil-gas-water separation efficiency, and enabling sound early warning when the oil-gas-water separation efficiency has a downward trend. The present application solves the problem of
lag in sensing the state fluctuation of the oil-gas-water mixed liquid flow field.
