Aluminium-containing waste hydrochloric acid, the aluminium slag and iron-containing waste hydrochloric acid are comprehensively utilized and are converted to a water purifier with high added value. The synthetic method has the beneficial effects that the whole reaction only needs 4-6 hours; the equipment and the process are simple and convenient and feasible; the equipment investment is low; the synthetic method is simple to operate and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
