The invention relates to an aqueous pure acrylic reflective heat-insulation coating material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the reflective heat-insulation coating material comprises, by mass, 10-30 wt% of nanometer titanium oxide, 4-20 wt% of infrared heat reflecting powder, 3-7 wt% of a heat-insulating functional material, 30-50 wt% of an aqueous pure acrylic emulsion, 20-30 wt% of deionized water, 0.3-0.5 wt% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.3-0.5 wt% of ethyl cellulose, and the balance of an auxiliary agent. According to the present invention, the particle sizes of titanium dioxide,heat reflective powder and hollow glass micro-beads are different, and the powder obtained by compounding the multi-level particle sizes of the powder meeting the solar wavelength is supplemented, such that the reflective heat-insulation coating material with the good performance is prepared; the viscosity of the slurry can be adjusted with the added ethyl cellulose and the added hydroxyethyl cellulose to form the network structure, such that the pigment filler is connected, the consumption of the resin is reduced, and the energy loss is reduced.
