The high-conductivity fluorine-contained polyion liquid diaphragm material comprises a cation and a fluorine-contained anion, wherein the cation is hydrogen ion or at least one of metal ions and a compound cation formed by combining organic molecules, and the fluorine-contained anion is poly fluorine-contained anion connected by a macromolecule main chain. Compared with the prior art, the high-conductivity fluorine-contained polyion liquid diaphragm material of the invention has the advantages of small possibility of ionic liquid draining, independence from water for electrical conductivity, prevention from being penetrated by OH<-> anion, carbinol or vanadium ion and the like. In addition, the high-conductivity fluorine-contained polyion liquid diaphragm material can form a stable lamellar or tubular ion path which has strong ion activity, high chemical stability and low ion activation energy and is easy to adsorb organic polar solvent.
