Problems solved by technology

If the heavy metals contained in the soil cannot be effectively treated, they will be absorbed and accumulated by crops, eventually endangering human health
At present, the treatment of heavy metals in the soil cannot be completely removed, and some of the remaining heavy metals are easily absorbed and enriched by plants

Abstract

The invention provides a technology for directly producing an organic chelating compound fertilizer through pelleting by an ammonia-acid method. The technology comprises the steps that (1), a solid keratin substance is subjected to acidolysis by hydrochloric acid and dilute sulfuric acid; ammonia is supplied for neutralization; filtration is conducted; and a compound amino acid solution is obtained; (2), peat and cleaned crop straw are mixed and smashed; compound bacterium liquid and ammonia water are added for fermentation; a potassium hydroxide solution is added after the fermentation; and active humus is obtained; (3), an antioxidant and inorganic salt with medium trace elements are mixed with the compound amino acid solution and the active humus and stirred to form chelation reaction liquid; (4), the chelation reaction liquid is transferred to a buffer slot, and subjected to heat preservation; then a chelation product is obtained; (5), a nitrogen fertilizer, a phosphate fertilizer and a potash fertilizer are mixed with kaolin uniformly, and then fed into an ammonia-acid pelletizer; (6), ammonia and dilute sulfuric acid are supplied to an inorganic fertilizer material layer; the chelation product is sprayed; then mixing and pelleting are conducted; and (7), the organic chelating compound fertilizer is obtained after the pelleting. The organic chelating compound fertilizer prepared by the technology is small in application amount, high in stability and high in plant absorptivity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of production and preparation of compound fertilizers, and in particular relates to a process for producing organic chelating compound fertilizers through direct granulation by an acid method. Background technique [0002] In recent years, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium compound fertilizers have been widely used. Due to the neglect of the addition of medium and trace elements, although the use of compound fertilizers has increased, the yield of crops has not been effectively improved, but crop diseases have aggravated , land and water pollution. To solve this problem, researchers have gradually realized the importance of adding trace elements in food. At present, most of the compound fertilizers containing medium and trace elements on the market simply add inorganic salts or oxides of medium and trace elements to nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizers. Due to the solidification of the soil and t...
