The filter core comprises following raw materials, by weight, 2 to 4 portions of polyethylene powder, 18 to 20 portions of bamboo charcoal powder, 12 to 14 portions of meerschaum powder, 4 to 6 portions of diatomite, 1 to 2 portions of sodium carbonate, 4 to 6 portions of soybean oil, 2 to 3 portions of starch, 1 to 2 portions of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 30 to 35 portions of white clay, 10 to 12 portions of modified attapulgite and an appropriate amount of water. The filter core is high in purification efficiency, less in pressure loss, and long in service life; is resistant to high temperature and corrosion; is capable of removing micro dust in the air; can be used for air filtration of air conditioning systems, water filtration, and suction filtration of vehicle filter cleaners; and is suitable for places with poor environmental conditions.
