The emulsified asphalt mixture is prepared from a component A and a component B in a weight part ratio of 1:1, wherein the component A comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of modified emulsified asphalt, 0.1-0.7 part of water reducer, 0.1-0.5 part of defoamer, 0.5-3 part of adhesive and 0-10 parts of water and the component B comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of cement, 5-30 parts of sand, 0.01-0.03 part of expanding agent, 25-40 parts of basalt of which the particle size is 10-13mm, 30-40 parts of basalt of which the particle size is 5-10mm and 20-50 parts of basalt of which the particle size is 0-3mm. The emulsified asphalt mixture disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects of no need of heating, simple construction, no need of skilled personnel and special equipment, environmental friendliness, low price, strong environmental adaptability, good compatibility with the original road, better strength and high anti-rutting strength.
