Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing flame-retardancy and waterproof aqueous polyurethane coating and adhesive. The method comprises the following steps: in the presence of tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide, mixing a flame-retardancy hydroxy compound with isophorone diisocyanate, and reacting to obtain a polyurethane prepolymer A; adding a chain extender into the polyurethane prepolymer A, reacting for 3-4 hours, further adding triethylamine, performing neutralization reaction, and adding water and sodium dodecyl sulfonate for emulsion, thereby obtaining the flame-retardancy and waterproof aqueous polyurethane coating and adhesive. The prepared flame-retardancy and waterproof aqueous polyurethane coating and adhesive is environmentally friendly and low in price and is widely used on surfaces of walls, furniture and metal utensils as an adhesive of plastic, glass, paper and fabrics.
