The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing ethylene glycol monostearate, PVF, carboxymethyl cellulose sodium, tributoxyethyl phosphate, oxalic acid polyester, dimethoxy dipropylene glycol and polyethylene terephthalate evenly, and heating to 300-350 DEG C; slowly adding the residual components, and stirring evenly; adding to an esterification kettle, carrying out temperature-hold and pressure-tight reaction; and extruding and preparing a film.
