Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a graphene modified polyurethane-epoxy resin water-based damping paint, which comprises the following steps: preparing graphene oxide by a chemical oxidation process; preparing a polyurethane prepolymer by using 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and polytetrahydrofuran as monomers, butanone as a solvent, dibutyltin dilaurate as a catalyst, 1,4-butanediol and 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid as chain extenders and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone as a solvent; adding an epoxy resin to form an interpenetrating polymer network, adding the graphene oxide, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion by using deionized water as an emulsifier, and carrying out rotary evaporation to remove the solvent, thereby obtaining the graphene modified polyurethane-epoxy resin. The paint effectively combines the advantages of the polyurethane and epoxy resin. The graphene with excellent mechanical properties is introduced to effectively enhance the damping capacity, tensile strength and heat stability of the paint.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of graphene-modified polyurethane-epoxy resin damping paint. Background technique [0002] Vibration and noise are unavoidable problems caused by the operation of machines, large equipment and vehicles. This will not only affect the machinery and equipment itself, such as shortened service life, unstable operation, etc., but also these vibrations and noises will also have a certain impact on people's living environment. Noise pollution has been listed as one of the world's four major environmental problems. Damping coating is a special coating with vibration reduction, sound insulation and certain sealing properties, which can be widely used for vibration reduction and noise reduction of aircraft, ships, vehicles and various machinery. Water-based damping coatings have the advantages of good comprehensive performance and strong environmental protection. Water-based damping coatings are prepared with wate...
