Abstract

The process is characterized by comprising the steps of carrying out filtration and ultrafiltration treatment on the butanol fermentation liquor, then, pumping the obtained clear liquid into a continuous separating device containing a hydrophobic macroporous polymer adsorbent for adsorption, carrying out desorption by using ethanol as a desorbent so as to obtain a product butanol, and carrying out adsorbent regeneration by using pure water as a regenerant. According to the process, the aim of separating and purifying butanol is realized through the continuous device by using adsorption and elution competition actions among three ingredients, i.e., acetone, ethanol and butanol, the content of butanol in an upper layer of product liquid can reach over 29-32wt%, the purity of butanol is over 91%, and the average yield is 99%; and the volume of an extracting solution is reduced, a solvent in the extracting solution is self-produced ethanol or acetone in the butanol fermentation liquor, and no other ingredient is added during extraction, so that a large number of energy is saved to further recover various ingredients through the traditional rectification method.
