The client application executes in the user's mobile device and enables the device user to subscribe to content (e.g., video) from different websites, and to input viewing preferences for such content (e.g.: “Sports: MLB: Boston Red Sox”). This user subscription and preference information is sent to the predictive pre-fetching support function that is preferably implemented within or across CDN server clusters. A preferred implementation uses a centralized back-end infrastructure, together with front-end servers positioned in association with the edge server regions located nearby the mobile core network. The predictive pre-fetch service operates on the user's behalf in accordance with the user preference information.

The nutrient soil is prepared by the following steps of S1, pretreatment S2, composting fermentation, S3, decomposing; S4, detection and S5, granulation, wherein, in the step S1, municipal domestic sludge is crushed, and the crushed municipal domestic sludge passes through a 300-500 mesh screen to remove large granules in the domestic sludge; in the step S2, deodorized sludge is dewatered to a first water content ratio, active microorganisms are added into the dewatered deodorized sludge, straw and biologicalcarbon are put into the dewatered deodorized sludge, and temperature is controlled to be first temperature and fermentation is performed for second time; in the step S3, fermented sludge prepared inthe step S2 is dewatered to a second water content ratio; in the step S4, the content of phosphorus, acid and potassium and the content of organic matter in nutrient soil are detected, and the nutrient soil is adjusted by adding lots of elements including the phosphorus, the acid, the potassium and the like; and in the step S5, the adjusted nutrient soil is put into a granulator and is made into granules. The nutrient content of the prepared nutrient soil is 2-3 times more than that of common soil; the nutrient soil is green and environment-friendly; and when the nutrient soil is used for agriculture and forestry production, production efficiency can be greatly increased, and the economic income is increased.

The invention relates to a preparation method of benzodiazothioketone serving as an intermediate of alprazolam. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing a typical acylation reaction, a cyclization reaction and a vulcanization reaction on 2-amino-5-chloro-benzophenone (M2) serving as a raw material to obtain a benzodiazothioketone crude product (the HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) content is about 94 percent); and recrystallizing the crude product in a mixed solvent at the normal temperature to obtain a fine product of which the HPLC content is over 98.5 percent, wherein the melting point of the fine product is 238-242 DEG C (the melting range is below 3 DEG C). The preparation method has the advantages of small number of synthesis steps, mild process condition, easiness in controlling a refining method, high yield, high fine product content, controllable low production cost, reduction in environmental pollution, and contribution to industrialization.

Alfalfa quality improving drying method

The present invention relates to an alfalfa quality improving drying method which comprises the following steps: 1) harvesting and flattening; 2) a first turn-over; 3) a second turn-over; 4) bundling; and 5) natural air-drying or desiccant drying. The alfalfa production drying methods are different in rain or shine weather, high or low latitudes, and specific time of turn-over and turning sun-drying. According to wet and dry, and different rainfall amount in different regions, and different drying methods, the solar thermal power and wind energy in the nature are maximumly taken advantages of and thus the drying quality is ensured at the same time. By harvesting and flattening, turn-over and ventilation, bundling, and sun-drying, green drying is achieved. The produced alfalfa bundle is emerald green, has a leaf containing rate of 62-65%, is high in cellulose, protein, and carotene content, and is good in palatability and commodity.

Method for producing instant calcium caseinate from food-grade casein

The invention relates to a method for producing instant calcium caseinate from food-grade casein. The instant calcium caseinate with high content of calcium is produced by treating the food-grade casein which is used as the raw material, adding an emulsifier and drying. The method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving: preparing the raw material which is the food-grade casein into a solution with the mass concentration of 4-10%, adding the food-grade aqueous ammonia slowly to adjust the pH value to 5.5-8.0, and stirring continuously to dissolve the casein; (2) converting: preparing the calcium hydroxide powder into a suspension, and adding the suspension into the solution of the dissolved casein, wherein the mass of the calcium hydroxide powder is 1.5-2.5% of that of the casein; (3) emulsifying: adding water-soluble soya bean lecithin after converting, and mixing uniformly; (4) grinding by using a colloid; (5) sterilizing; (6) homogenizing by using a homogenizer with the homogenizing pressure of 20-30Mpa; and (7) drying by spraying to obtain the finished product which is the instant calcium caseinate. The instant calcium caseinate has a pure color, good solubility and high content of protein and calcium, thereby being a good protein and calcium supplement.
