Problems solved by technology

However, due to the high cost of silicone monomers or fluorine-containing vinyl monomers, it is difficult to promote them in waterborne wood coatings
[0005] The disadvantage of the wood sealant emulsion in the prior art is that the cost of preparing the modified acrylate emulsion with excellent performance is high, thus limiting its application in water-based wood coatings
[0006] For the problems in related technologies, no effective solutions have been proposed yet

Abstract

The invention discloses a water-based woodware sealing oil emulsion. The water-based woodware sealing oil emulsion is prepared from the following materials: epoxy resin, acrylic monomers, emulsifiers, potassium persulfate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, pH regulators and deionized water. On the other hand, the invention provides a preparation method of the water-based woodware sealing oil emulsion. The method comprises the following steps: S1, adding 10-20 parts by weight of epoxy resin, 80-90 parts of acrylic monomers, 0.5 part by weight of pH regulators and 1.5-2 parts by weight of emulsifiers into deionized water, and emulsifying for 18-22 minutes to obtain a pre-emulsion; S2, taking part of the pre-emulsion, adding emulsifiers, increasing the temperature to 80 DEG C, then adding a solution A and reacting for 18-22 minutes; S3, dropwise adding the rest pre-emulsion and a solution B after the emulsion is light blue and the color is not deepened, controlling the dropwise adding time to be 2.5-3 hours, increasing the polymerization temperature to 85-88 DEG C; S4, continuously dropwise adding a potassium persulfate solution and keeping the temperature for 1-1.5 hours; and S5, reducing the temperature to 28-32 DEG C, adding the pH regulators for regulating the pH of the emulsion to be 8-9, and filtering the emulsion through a filtering screen.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of wood oil sealing emulsion, in particular to a water-based wood oil sealing emulsion and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Water-based coatings are the development trend of coatings, and water-based wood coatings not only require improving the physical properties of water-based wood coatings, narrowing the gap with oil-based wood coatings, but also reducing the cost of producing water-based wood coatings. The two can further promote the popularity of water-based wood coatings. [0003] Acrylate emulsion has been widely used in water-based wood coatings because of its incomparable advantages in cost compared with other types of emulsions, and its simple preparation process, mature technology, and fast drying speed of the coating film. However, as we all know, water-based acrylic wood coatings have a large gap with other types of water-based coatings in many physical properties, su...
