Problems solved by technology

[0004] For the currently discovered Enterococcus monsonii ( Enterococcus mundtii ) HNMD-M25 (preservation number: GCMCC NO.8699), immobilized and fermented eggshells, has certain challenges
First, the immobilized fermentation of Enterococcus monsonii is the first breakthrough; second, the use of eggshells for immobilized fermentation to prepare calcium lactate has not been reported at home and abroad, and the technical difficulty is higher; third, it is necessary to solve the problem of immobilization. Carriers are prone to problems such as cracking, softening, and low mechanical strength during production. Selecting a suitable embedding material is of great significance for the realization of repeated reuse and its application in actual production.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing calcium lactate through immobilized fermentation of eggshell powder. The method comprises the following steps: (1) activating enterococcus mundtii and then collecting bacterial cells; (2) uniformly mixing bacterial cells with an embedding agent, using a sterile injector for injecting the mixture into a molding agent, curing and molding, thereby acquiring immobilized enterococcus mundtii, wherein the embedding agent includes sodium alginate, sodium alginate-polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate-activated carbon; (3) inoculating the immobilized enterococcus mundtii into a fermentation medium for fermentation culture, thereby acquiring calcium lactate. The fermentation medium includes 8-12g of eggshell powder, 10-16g of glucose, 0.3-0.6g of peptone, 0.3-0.6g of tryptone, 0.8-1.2g of yeast extract, 3-5ml of saline solution and 100mL of distilled water. According to the method for preparing calcium lactate through immobilized fermentation of eggshell powder provided by the invention, the enterococcus mundtii strain is firstly applied to immobilized fermentation, the immobilized cells are high in mechanical stability, the bacterial activityof immobilized cells is long-lasting and the repeated use ratio is high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biological fermentation, in particular to a method for preparing calcium lactate by immobilizing fermented eggshell powder. Background technique [0002] Immobilized cell technology is a technology that immobilizes microbial cells with certain physiological functions on corresponding carriers through certain methods to maintain their biological activity. [0003] Compared with traditional free cell fermentation, immobilized cell technology has many outstanding advantages. The most prominent advantage is that cells can be reused many times, and continuous fermentation production is realized; cell concentration is increased, fermentation cycle is shortened, and pH, temperature , organic solvents and other environments have stronger tolerance, and the reaction process is easier to control. At present, due to its low cost and strong operability, it has been widely used in the fields of food fermentation, wast...
