Abstract

The dressing includes calcium alginate, chitosan or a chitosan derivative as a matrix and is loaded with nano silver antibacterial composition particles and a growth factor EGF. During preparation,calcium alginate core microspheres wrapped with the growth factor are obtained by dropwise adding a sodium alginate solution mixed with the growth factor into a calcium chloride solution. The microspheres are added to a chitosan acetic acid solution to form a polyelectrolyte complex. Then the polyelectrolyte complex is mixed and stirred with nano silver and chitosan, the mixture is added to sodiumalginate, crosslinking and freeze-drying are performed, and finally, the chronic wound dressing loaded with nano silver and the growth factor is formed. The raw materials of the method are cheap andeasy to obtain, the preparation process is stable, the bacteriostatic performance of the chronic wound dressing is good, and the wound repair ability is excellent.
