digestion device body, and a sample introduction mechanism is arranged on one side wall of the digestion device body; a digestion chamber is arranged in the digestion device body; a
metal digestion mechanism is arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the digestion chamber. According to the invention, the
grinding screw rod and the pushing screw rod which are opposite in rotation direction are controlled to rotate in opposite directions, and the
grinding gap is formed between the spiral blades of the
grinding screw rod and the pushing screw rod, so that the particle uniformity of a
solid sample can be ensured in a sample loading process; a
solid sample and a liquid sample are added into the
metal digestion mechanism through corresponding corrugated hoses and ports of the three-way valve, so that the three-way valve can be driven to vibrate by controlling a vibrator, and the situation that the samples are left in the three-way valve and influence other sample adding work is avoided, and therefore the metal digestion device not only improves the using effect, but also improves the working efficiency. And cross
contamination between samples is also avoided.
