The system includes a clinical software module that is configured to be executed by a processor to create an electronic document and to capture clinical data for a patient in the electronic document during an encounter with the patient. The system also includes a transcription software application that is configured to be executed by the processor to select predefined clinical data that will appear within the electronic document in response to speech commands and to automatically transcribe dictated clinical data that will appear within the electronic document in response to dictation, wherein the predefined clinical data being previously linked to at least one of a diagnosis code and a procedure code and the dictated clinical data being automatically linked to at least one of a diagnosis code and a procedure code as it is transcribed. And the system includes an account management software module that is configured to be executed by the processor to automatically generate at least one of a bill, a claim, or a statement for the patient using the at least one of a diagnosis code and a procedure code linked to at least one of the predefined clinical data and the dictated clinical data.

A medical management system is provided that integrates all aspects of healthcare provider practice management and managed care, including schedule management, patient registration, insurance information, EMR and billing and collections. The system integrates a central framework module, a scheduling module, a registration module, an account management module and an electronic record module to provide a seamless exchange of information. A clinical module provides template builder which allows the users to define a customized template. The custom and standard templates are used by a document builder to generate documents, such as progress notes and H&P notes, which are retained in the patient's electronic chart. The progress note template allows the clinician to record a patient encounter by presenting the clinician with predefined sections and sentences that are easily completed by the clinician during or after the patient encounter. The templates and documents generated are designed to closely resemble a paper chart. Information gathered during patient scheduling and triage are referenced to pre-populate the templates to avoid having the clinician entering redundant information. The documents are relied upon to automatically generate patient superbills and electronic requests are sent to a claims clearinghouse.

The method comprises the following steps of (1) using a medical software for extracting blood vessel digitized data, and forming computer 3D image data; (2) converting the 3D image data into an standard template library(STL) formatted file; (3) importing the STL formatted file into a 3D printing device, and printing a blood vessel model; (4) polishing the blood vessel model; (5) adopting a model turning process formanufacturing a paraffin internal model; (6) filling the inner wall and the outer wall of the blood vessel model; and filling a blood vessel structure of the blood vessel model; (7) standing for 12 to 48 hours, and then accomplishing silica gel curing; and (8) disassembling the blood vessel model, and obtaining the bionic blood vessel of the human body. The method for manufacturing the bionic blood vessel of the human body by combining 3D printing and the model turning process provided by the invention solves the problems that the wall thickness of the blood vessel prepared by an existing method is non-uniform, and the blood vessel is lack of a true human anatomy structure blood vessel chamber structure and a wall thickness structure.
