10 results about "Pattern recognition receptor" patented technology

Pattern recognition receptors (PRRs) play a crucial role in the proper function of the innate immune system. PRRs are germline-encoded host sensors, which detect molecules typical for the pathogens. They are proteins expressed, mainly, by cells of the innate immune system, such as dendritic cells, macrophages, monocytes, neutrophils and epithelial cells, to identify two classes of molecules: pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs), which are associated with microbial pathogens, and damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs), which are associated with components of host's cells that are released during cell damage or death. They are also called primitive pattern recognition receptors because they evolved before other parts of the immune system, particularly before adaptive immunity. PRRs also mediate the initiation of antigen-specific adaptive immune response and release of inflammatory cytokines.

Zijuan tea polysaccharide ZTPW with immunoregulatory activity, and preparation method and application thereof

The application belongs to the field of tea polysaccharide research, and discloses a Zijuan tea polysaccharide ZTPW with immunoregulatory activity, and a preparation method and application thereof. The ZTPW is a uniform polysaccharide obtained by hot water extraction and alcohol precipitation of Zijuan tea leaves, and separation and purification through an ion exchange column and a gel column, the main repeating unit structure of which is shown in the following, and the weight average molecular weight thereof is 7.73 kDa. Through in vitro immunoregulatory activity research, the ZTPW can be recognized by pattern recognition receptors TLR2 and TLR4 to activate macrophages, significantly enhance the activity of mouse monocyte macrophage RAW264.7 cells, and mediate the production of NO and cytokines of mouse monocyte macrophage RAW264.7 through MAPKs and NF-kappa B signal pathway, so as to play an immunoregulatory role. The polysaccharide can be used as a potential immunoregulator for the development of functional food or medicine.

Application of apple pattern recognition receptor gene MdRE02 in regulation and control of plant disease resistance

The invention belongs to the technical field of gene engineering, and relates to application of an apple pattern recognition receptor gene MdRE02 in regulation and control of plant disease resistance. The nucleotide sequence of the apple pattern recognition receptor gene MdRE02 is as shown in SEQ ID NO.1, the MdRE02 gene is silenced in apples, the expression of an immune gene induced by a pathogen-related molecular pattern VmE02 is remarkably reduced, and the disease resistance to valsa mali of apple trees is remarkably weakened. Through overexpression of the MdRE02 gene in the tobacco mutant re02, cell necrosis and active oxygen bursting induced by the VmE02 can be recovered, which indicates that the MdRE02 is a pattern recognition receptor for recognizing the VmE02. By overexpressing the MdRE02 gene in tobacco mutants re02 and oilseed rape, the resistance of the MdRE02 gene to sclerotinia sclerotiorum can be remarkably improved. The results show that the MdRE02 gene can be used for disease-resistant breeding and disease prevention and control of valsa ceratosperma and sclerotinia sclerotiorum of apple trees.

Preparation and application of novel immune agonist

The invention discloses preparation and application of a novel immune agonist, and relates to the technical field of biological medicine, the novel immune agonist is applied to an immune response enhancement process in tumor immunotherapy, chronic virus infection treatment and vaccine adjuvant development, namely, a TLR9 mode recognition receptor on the surface of an immune cell is activated, and the immune response is enhanced. The anti-tumor or anti-infection immune response of the body is enhanced. According to the preparation and the application of the novel immune agonist, through chemical modification, targeted modification treatment is fully performed on sites possibly acted by enzyme, so that the resistance of a nucleic acid TLR9 agonist to nuclease is enhanced, the nucleic acid TLR9 agonist is not easy to degrade, a long-acting preparation technology is introduced, the circulation time of a drug in a body is prolonged through PEG modification, and the novel immune agonist can be used for preparing a novel immune agonist. The chance of enzyme degradation is further reduced, the stability and half-life period of the nucleic acid TLR9 agonist in vivo are remarkably improved, and a more lasting and effective anti-tumor or anti-infection immune response enhancement effect is achieved.

Application of arabidopsis thaliana AtRLP30 gene in enhancing fungus resistance of plants

The invention belongs to the technical field of plant genetic engineering, and relates to application of an arabidopsis thaliana-derived pattern recognition receptor AtRLP30 gene in improving the fungal disease resistance of plants. The nucleotide sequence of the AtRLP30 gene is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. By constructing a plant expression vector containing AtRLP30 and performing overexpression in the plant, the resistance of the plant to fungal pathogen infection can be remarkably improved. Preferably, the fungi comprise ascospora poplar and ascopolyspora poplar, and the fungi comprise ascospora poplar. Experimental results show that after the AtRLP30 is overexpressed in the poplar, the transgenic plant shows stronger active oxygen accumulation, MAPK signal activation and defense related gene expression after being infected by pathogenic bacteria, and the biomass and scab area of the pathogenic bacteria are remarkably reduced. The invention proves that the AtRLP30 has the function of enhancing the fungal disease resistance in the woody plant, and provides a new gene resource and technical approach for improving the forest disease resistance by utilizing a pattern recognition receptor.
