system and method based on multi-sensory intervention and AI dialogue, belonging to the field of computer application and
artificial intelligence technology. The
system achieves proactive intervention throughout the entire cycle of
panic attacks or acute
anxiety attacks through the collaborative work of a multi-sensory intervention module, an AI dialogue
system, a user
data recording and feedback subsystem, and a
peak detection state
machine. The method includes: initiating AI dialogue and collecting multi-source evidence data; presenting dynamic
storm visual effects, playing audio and vibration stimuli; calculating the emotion intensity curve I(t) based on real-time physiological proxy data (
heart rate HR,
skin conductance response GSR) and interaction data; automatically switching the stimulation parameters between peak and non-peak periods when the multi-source evidence
score meets the threshold condition; calculating the amygdala sensitivity index (ASI), prefrontal control index (PCI), growth
score (G), and courage index (CI) after the session ends, and generating a training report. This invention overcomes the limitations of traditional psychological applications that rely on a single sensory focus and passive relief, achieving closed-loop training with real-time detection, dynamic intervention, and effect quantification during the
attack period.
