machine structurally comprises a
workbench, a protection device, a
machine body, a motor, a stand column, an adjusting hand wheel and a base, a clamping base on the protection device is fixedly installed at the lower end of the
machine body, the end of a tapping
drill rod is connected with the machine body, and the lower end of the tapping
drill rod penetrates through the clamping base and extends into a protection
assembly; the elastic rod is connected between the supporting
assembly and the clamping base, so that when the machine body operates, the tapping
drill rod and the motor can generate
vibration sense which can be transmitted to the clamping base through the clamping base, the elastic rod plays a role in buffering and damping, the
vibration sense generated by operation of the machine body is prevented from being transmitted downwards through the clamping base, and the service life of the machine body is prolonged. The elastic rod and the supporting
assembly are matched with each other to conduct
energy absorption and shock absorption treatment on vibration generated by operation of the machine body and the tapping drill rod, the tapping drill rod can be stably covered with the protection assembly, and therefore chippings generated when the tapping drill rod conducts tapping treatment on a workpiece can be blocked by the protection assembly.
