This invention relates to the field of healthcare
informatics technology, specifically to a
virtual reality rehabilitation training method and
system based on motion contrast feedback. The method includes: generating standardized
relative motion data; calculating the motion completion
score, motion fluency
score, and coordination
score for each key point based on the standardized
relative motion data, and weighting and fusing them to obtain the current anomaly index for each key point; calculating the structural centrality weight and mechanical leverage weight for each key point, and weighting and fusing them to obtain the next-stage
importance weight for each key point; using the current anomaly index and the next-stage
importance weight, obtaining the next-stage limitation index for each key point; calculating the predicted
completion rate based on the next-stage limitation index, and then calculating the total stage fit score; and determining whether the target subject is allowed to enter the next stage of training based on the total stage fit score. This invention can improve the adaptability and
risk control capabilities of
rehabilitation training.
