Wet granulation, dry granulation and tabletting or direct powder tabletting and tablet coating are adopted in the preparation process of the tablets. Based on the dextral ibuprofen, the specification of the tablets can be 30 to 300 milligrams, preferably 37.5 milligrams or integral multiple of 37.5 milligrams.
