The method comprises preparing Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus thuringiensis and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens into bacteria liquid through liquid fermentation, and mixing with complex composite nutrients according to a mass ratio of 1 : 1 to obtain the high-efficiency liquid-state composite microbial fertilizer. On basis of a good phosphate dissolving capability of the Bacillus megaterium, a good pest-resistant capability of the bacillus thuringiensis and a good organic matter degrading capability of the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, the fertilizer combines performances of excellent water retention, fertilizer retention and non pollution to the environment of gamma-polyglutamate produced by the Bacillus licheniformis in a high yield, so as to achieve a relatively good fertilizer efficiency and relatively few using amount of water, and thus form scientific and reasonable composite fertilizer match.
