The medicines can be prepared into an ointment, a suppository and a lotion. The composition provided by the invention has the efficacies of clearing heat and removing dampness, relaxing bowels, dissipating binds, subsiding swelling, killing pain, stopping bleeding, dispersing blood stasis and promoting wound healing. The preparations are widely suitable for anal itching, eczema or constipation tenesmus caused by internal hemorrhoid bleeding, external hemorrhoid edema pain and mixed hemorrhoids, and unsmooth defecation, slow wound healing and edema pain discomfort after hemorrhoid operation, and have the advanategs of safety, effectiveness and no side effect.
