Abstract

The invention discloses a technology for preparing fermentation bed padding by recycling livestock excrements and crop straws. The technology is high in recycling degree, can be used in a large scale easily, helps realize livestock breeding waste innocent treatment and fermentation bed padding recycling, and solves two existing difficulties of livestock breeding environment pollution and fermentation bed padding resource shortage. The technology is characterized in that livestock excrements serve as raw materials, assisted by straws, worm cast and alcohol active sludge, and the fermentation bed padding is prepared by aid of a two-step fermentation process of biological leavening agents. The prepared fermentation bed padding is rich in yeast, aspergillus niger, bacillus subtilis, bacillus megatherium, lactic acid bacteria and other probiotics whose content reaches as high in 2-5*108 cfu/g. After the prepared fermentation bed padding is applied to pig breeding, the morbidity of pigs is low, thereby being favorable for growth of the pigs.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a process for preparing fermented bedding materials by resourceful utilization of livestock and poultry manure and crop stalks, which belongs to the field of bioengineering. Background technique [0002] The mode of raising pigs in the fermentation bed is based on the theory of microecology and biological fermentation, laying a certain thickness of organic matter bedding in the pig house, and using the special beneficial microorganisms in the bedding to quickly degrade and eliminate pig feces and urine excrement, so as to achieve the goal of avoiding Flush the pig house and achieve the purpose of avoiding the random discharge of manure. This mode has great positive significance for reducing the environmental pollution caused by the traditional pig breeding mode. At present, the litter of the fermentation bed is mainly sawdust and rice husk. With the rise of fermentation bed cultivation, the price of sawdust and rice husk has ri...
