Embodiment 1

[0022] Take 10 mg of graphene oxide, add 60 mL of distilled water, add 0.05 g of surfactant F127, add 1 mmol of cobalt nitrate, then add 1 mmol of sodium thiosulfate, then add 0.1 g of ascorbic acid and stir until completely dissolved, then transfer to 100 mL of polytetrafluoroethylene Calcined at 120°C for 6h in a lined hydrothermal reactor, cleaned the sample, and dried in vacuum at 30°C to obtain the final product. Such as figure 1 As shown, the synthesized composites contain S, Co, and C elements.

Embodiment 2

[0024] Take 20mg of graphene oxide, add 64mL of distilled water, add 0.1g of surfactant F127, add 3mmol of cobalt nitrate, then add 2mmol of sodium thiosulfate, then add 0.3g of ascorbic acid and stir until completely dissolved, then transfer to 100mL of polytetrafluoroethylene Calcined at 140°C for 10 h in a lined hydrothermal reactor, cleaned the sample, and dried in vacuum at 35°C to obtain the final product.

Embodiment 3

[0026] Take 30mg of graphene oxide, add 68mL of distilled water, add 0.2g of surfactant F127, add 5mmol of cobalt chloride, then add 3mmol of sodium thiosulfate, then add 0.4g of ascorbic acid and stir until completely dissolved, then transfer to 100mL of polytetrafluoroethylene Calcined at 160°C for 12 hours in an ethylene-lined hydrothermal reactor, cleaned the sample, and dried in vacuum at 40°C to obtain the final product. From figure 2 It can be seen from the transmission electron microscope pictures that cobalt disulfide is evenly distributed on the graphene, and the particle size is about 20nm.

Abstract

The invention relates to a high-dispersion cobalt disulfide / graphene composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly adding distilled water into taken graphite oxide powder, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, adding a surface active agent as a dispersing agent, adding cobalt salt, then adding sodium thiosulfate, and then adding a graphite oxide reducing agent; stirring till complete dissolution is achieved, then transferring to a polytetrafluoroethylene lining hydrothermal reaction kettle, and calcining at 120-220 DEG C; cleaning a sample by using distilled water, and drying in vacuum at low temperature to obtain a final product. The preparation method disclosed by the invention adopts a simple one-step hydrothermal synthesis method, has the advantages of low cost and very good repeatability and can be used for highly uniformly distributing cobalt disulfide nanoparticles on graphene; and the synthesized composite material can be widely applied to the fields of a lithium ion battery, a supercapacitor, a dye-sensitized solar cell and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of energy material preparation, and in particular relates to a highly uniformly dispersed cobalt disulfide / graphene composite material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In recent years, nanostructured cobalt disulfide has attracted great attention as an excellent energy material, which can be widely used in lithium-ion batteries, supercapacitors, dye-sensitized solar cells and other fields. Two-dimensional graphene material is a flexible material with good electrical conductivity, large specific surface area, and resistance to the corrosion of electrolyte. In terms of dye-sensitized solar cells, the effective combination of cobalt disulfide and graphene can improve the photoelectric efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells. In terms of supercapacitors, graphene enhances the conductivity of sulfide, the most important thing is that it can reduce the agglomeration of sulfide, inc...
