Abstract

The invention relates to a method used for synthesizing high-molecular materials from biomass, and specifically discloses a rice hull-based polyurethane adhesive containing rice husk-based polyhydric alcohols and a preparation method thereof. According to the preparation method, rice hull powder is subjected to liquidation under certain conditions so as to prepare the rice husk-based polyhydric alcohols; the rice husk-based polyhydric alcohols, polyester polyols, and isocyanate are taken as raw materials, dioxane is taken as a solvent, in the presence of catalyst dibutyltin dilaurate, a polyurethane prepolymer is prepared; and then a small molecule chain extender is added for chain extension so as to obtain the polyurethane adhesive emulsion.
