Abstract

The damping resin emulsion is characterized by being prepared from, by weight, 10-50 parts of a functional acrylic monomer, 100-150 parts of an acrylic monomer, 4-20 parts of a cross-linking monomer 1, 1-10 parts of a cross-linking monomer 2, 4-20 parts of an emulsifying agent, 0.3-1 part of an initiator and 200-400 parts of deionized water. The functional acrylic monomer is prepared from hydroxyethyl acrylate, isophorone diisocyanate, an antioxidant 1010, an acetone and butanone mixed solvent and a catalyst according to a weight ratio of (50-60):(110-150):(170-210):(100-200):(0.01-1), wherein the acetone and butanone mixed solvent is a mixed solvent made from acetone and butanone according to a mass ratio of (1-3):10, and the catalyst refersto dibutyltin dilaurate. The damping resin emulsion is great in film forming performance, wide in damping temperature range and excellent in damping effect and can be widely applied to vibration damping and noise reduction of airplanes, ships, buildings, transportation and various machines.
